Borghild’s Story – “I finally have restful sleep”

Borghild is an energetic, and lively pensioner who has retired to Collioure in southern France with her husband. They enjoy playing golf and bridge with their friends. When Borghild was still working, she was a busy trader in Sweden. Despite being a pensioner, Borghild has had difficulties falling asleep and not waking up refreshed in the morning.

“It was a surprise to me that even after we moved to France, and I didn’t have to focus on business issues. I was still finding it difficult to relax and it affected the quality of my sleep. I had lots of thoughts racing around in my head, and it prevented me from finding that elusive restful sleep most nights.” Borghild explains.

She continues, “One morning I was talking to a friend of mine from Sweden. After a sleepless night, I mentioned the problem to my friend.
